This Privacy Policy explains how Vault Metal LLC (“Vault Metal,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information about you when you visit our website, contact us, or use our services. By using our website or services, you acknowledge the practices described in this policy.

1. Notice at Collection

At the time we collect personal information from you — including through any contact form, lead capture form, or inquiry submission on our site — we provide this Notice at Collection as required by the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), Cal. Categories of personal information collected: We collect identifiers (name, email, phone number), financial information (approximate investable assets, retirement account status), internet or other electronic network activity information, and geolocation data (approximate, inferred from IP address).

Purposes of collection: To respond to your inquiries, provide pricing and product information, facilitate IRA rollover coordination with your chosen custodian, send communications where you have opted in, comply with legal obligations, and for the other purposes described in Section 6 of this Policy.

Retention: We retain personal information for the periods described in Section 10 of this Policy.

California consumer rights: California residents have the right to know, delete, correct, opt out of sale/sharing, and limit use of sensitive personal information. See Section 12 for how to exercise your rights.

2. We Do Not Sell Personal Information
